Stress is an enemy of happiness. Stress causes both physical and mental damage that increases in severity the longer we experience it. All of us need to have clear, relaxed thinking to enable us to plan and execute our life’s purpose, and this only happens when we let go of stressful thoughts. Set aside a period of time each day when you can be alone, clear your thoughts, and completely relax. This peaceful mental relaxation will refresh your mind, and improve your inner self.


Avoiding a decision means missing out on an opportunity when engaging in personal development. Don’t fear making decisions even if you’re not that informed about them. Do not rely entirely on your instinct. Mistakes can teach people valuable lessons. If you make the wrong decision, chances are you, you will not make it again.
